The ARC provides the following supportive criminal justice advocacy services:
Provides information about crime victim rights under Tribal, State, and Federal Laws,
Assists with establishment of notifications when an offender is released from incarcerations
Serves as a liaison between the victim/survivor and Law Enforcement and/or Prosecutor
Provides information and assistance with completing and filing Personal Protection Orders (PPO) petitions in Tribal and State Courts
Court Hearing accompaniment
Provides information about criminal processes within Tribal, State, and Federal Courts
Provides notification of upcoming hearing dates and times
Provides information about crime victims rights and assistance with court hearing safety plans
